How Civvy works

Civvy is a personal stylist for men who want to dress better outside work without spending hours browsing retailer websites. Answer a short quiz, tell us what you already own, and we put together complete outfits that fit your budget.

1. A short style quiz

We ask about the looks you like, what you need outfits for, your budget, preferred retailers, sizes, fit and colours — no fashion jargon required.

2. Tell us what you own

Tick off wardrobe staples you already have. We build outfits around them first, so you're not paying twice for things you don't need.

3. Complete outfits, not single products

Each recommendation is a full outfit — top, trousers, shoes and, where it adds something, a layer, coat or accessory — with an exact link to buy each new item from the retailer.

Where the products come from

We currently cover Marks & Spencer, Uniqlo UK, Next. Product data is collected respectfully and periodically — see our affiliate disclosure for how links work, and note that prices and stock can change on the retailer's site after we last checked.

What's next

This is an early version we're using to learn what's useful. Planned ideas include importing your wardrobe from receipts or past orders, more retailers, and seasonal wardrobe planning — none of that exists yet, but we'd love your feedback.
